How often have you thought of something you want, only to be reckoned with fear or doubt that it may never happen for you?
Believe it or not, you have control over this. And I’ll explain how you can lessen your fear and doubts and actually allow things to begin manifesting with ease and flow. It is more simple than you think!
WHAT IS FEAR?
When you feel fear, it is a sign that you are out of alignment and you have been thinking a thought for long enough that it has gained momentum. The longer you think a negative thought, the more it attracts another negative thought. And as you continue to this negative momentum, it turns into doubt, fear and other not so great feeling emotions!
This is how limiting beliefs form. This is why it can feel like you’re stuck in a negative pattern. But really, you can choose a different feeling thought and gradually move in a more positive direction. And then your entire life has moved onto a new, more positive path.
Understand that these bad feeling thoughts are bogus. They are not true and you absolutely can have what you desire. So how to get rid of fear?
ERASE FEAR BEFORE IT STARTS
You may be confused by this statement, but it makes sense. This fear or misery or doubt or insecurity – could first start as a simple thought of frustration. But as you continue to think this frustrating thought, it grows BIGGER. It becomes disappointment, and then doubt, then anger, and finally fear.
So, if you can stop those negative thoughts early in their tracks, you stop them from reaching doubt or fear! The less you practice negative thoughts, the less you will attract them. You attract thoughts just like you attract people, circumstances and things. If you think more better feeling thoughts, fear and doubt will be less present in your mind. If you distract yourself (with a better feeling subject) when you start thinking a negative thought, you catch it early and stop practicing that fear that is holding you back. Instead, practice a more positive thought which can only attract more positive thoughts and experiences.
MAKE PEACE WITH WHERE YOU ARE
Don’t worry, I’m not saying you should tolerate your unwanted reality because you may not get what you want. You certainly can have every desire and every goal that you can think of. In fact, when you ask, it is given. The universe is already guiding you to what you want and all you need to be is receptive.
But here is a certain shortcut to manifesting and to getting rid of that fear that it won’t happen…
Make peace with where you are.
What if this thing you want so much.. doesn’t manifest for a while? Can you feel okay about that? Can you make that feel okay? Can you find a way to be happy right here and now, no matter what the circumstances?
I’m telling you that you absolutely can do that. But you have to make the decision to feel better now, instead of waiting for this manifestation to give you the happiness you think it’ll give you.
If you make where you are now feel better, or even just okay – manifestation is the next logical step. When you make the best of your body as it is, your life as it is – you completely release resistance & then your desires can flow effortlessly into your life. Because you’re no longer pushing them away with thoughts of, “I don’t like where I am”, or “I can’t stand not having what I want right now”.
Make whatever you’re living be okay for right now, do whatever you have to do to feel that way about it. And watch what happens.
Your fear will dissipate.

Fear is nothing but thoughts gaining momentum.
And you have control over your thoughts, your emotion and therefore; your entire experience. Whenever you feel fear or doubt or lack, just remind yourself that you can’t listen to yourself when you’re feeling negative emotion. Because you’re not seeing clearly, you don’t have clarity and you don’t yet realise how powerful, worthy & blessed you really are.
