Have you ever wondered if you could change your body or appearance using the law of attraction?
I’m here to tell you that yes, you can.
I have personally manifested incredible things with my body & appearance such as:
- Larger breasts
- Larger lips
- Bigger bum
- Losing weight effortlessly
- Gaining weight when needed
- Grew taller
- Healed acne scars & bad acne
- Cured clinical depression & anxiety
- Healed Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Thicker, fast-growing hair
- Healed chronic tonsillitis & other illnesses
- Healed eczema/rashes/infections
- Improved PMS & Polycystic ovaries
- Improved jaw problems
All of these manifestations occurred from my aligned thought, focus & emotion. I found that letting go of trying to take action to “fix” things, and just work on my alignment – that the problems resolved themselves. I used this to practice alignment with my dream body, because what you focus on is what grows.

Are there limits to what we can change/manifest?
No.
With anything that we desire or are wanting to create, there are no limits. And so, the same goes for your body, your health & your appearance. It only has to do with your beliefs, your focus and your expectations.
What is it that YOU believe for your body?
What is it that YOU think you can or can’t have?
What is it that YOU believe you cannot do?
I want to remind you that you can do anything, you can be anything & you can have anything.
Your work is to start believing in that, and start believing in your body because it is more powerful than you were taught to believe.
Here are 6 Steps to help you change your body with the law of attraction:

Get Happy.
Happiness or Joy is a vibration that is super high and definitely a match to whatever it is that you are wanting to manifest. And since you only need to match the frequency of your desire – being happy MORE of the time is certainly going to help speed up the process. When you are feeling happy, you are allowing what you want to flow to you in that moment. And when you are feeling negative emotion, you are temporarily blocking what you want from manifesting. And I always say; when you are happy, your CELLS are happy too.

Appreciate.
When you feel pure appreciation for or about something, you are emitting one of the most powerful & pure vibrations out into the universe. Whether you are appreciating what you already have or appreciating something you want on others– you are going to be vibrating the perfect signal to manifest the body you want. If you can genuinely appreciate another person who has the body or appearance you desire, you are empowering yourself and you will be like a magnet for your desire!
Understand how it can manifest.
Many people think that the Law of Attraction = Desire manifest overnight with zero action. And while that can be the case certainly, as it has been in my experience, if it takes longer or takes some action – it doesn’t mean the Law of attraction did not work. It means it did.
Your result will come to you through your path of least resistance. If your manifestation comes in the form of a medicine, or a certain doctor, or a product, etc.- that is STILL the law of attraction in action. It depends on your beliefs and how you will allow it to come to you. The law of attraction is always working, whether you believe in it or not. Keep your mind open to how it will manifest.

Self-love.
If you don’t love or like yourself, it is really hard to have the body or appearance you desire. Because you are emitting the vibration of “I don’t like the way I look”, and so you can only receive more of that into your life & body. So really self-love is a fantastic initial step, but also something you should work on now until forever. When was the last time you complimented yourself? When was the last time you let yourself feel truly good about YOU, even despite not having your ideal body or appearance? If you don’t love yourself now, then when? You believe these manifestations will make you love yourself, but they won’t. It’ll be a never-ending strive for perfection that really doesn’t exist. You’re perfect NOW. And you can allow even more beauty and satisfaction when you practice self-love. True self-love means caring about how you FEEL, choosing thoughts that feel better & choosing to focus on parts of your body that you Do like.
Visualize.
This one you hear about often. The best kind of visualization is inspired visualization. That means get into your happy state first, and the let the natural imagery & thought flow to you – pondering it for as long as it feels good to you. Pick a time of day that you feel best & also pick an environment that you feel best in. Whether it is sitting, laying on your bed, sitting outside, etc. You want to be as comfortable as possible. When you visualize, your cells are transforming to match the mental imagery in your mind.

Read other success stories.
This is really to strengthen your belief in the law of attraction. Go on a search of forums and articles, and you will be able to see what kind of incredible things people have manifested. This helps so much because you can say, if they can do it, so can I! Knowing it is possible and that others have achieved it, really does help you to believe that you can have it for yourself. But also, you don’t need anyone else to have achieved what you want, in order for you to achieve it. So dream big & believe!
Anything is possible, and all of the steps above really helped me to manifest what I wanted. Initially I did not find the information I wanted on this subject, so I spent the last few years putting my own manifesting powers to work and am truly satisfied with my results. Now I desire to help others who were once asking the questions that I once was.
