2. Private Coaching Services
We do not offer refunds for private coaching services. Payment for private coaching services is non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review our coaching offerings and ask any questions before committing to private coaching sessions.

3. Online Programs
Certain online programs may be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the online program within the specified refund period, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Juliet@julietcleary.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.
